1. General

Costumers under 18 years must have parents’ approval. 

All products remain as property of Pickpocket until full payment has been made. 

Pickpocket reserves itself for any eventual fault on the pricing.

Photographs may not depict exactly the items (colors or materials).  

All attempts to deceit will be reported to the competent authorities.

2. Methods of Payment

All payments will be made through Credit Card, Paypal or BankTransfer.

MBWAY and Multibanco are enabled only for customers whose address is in Portugal.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Customized products shall be dispatched within 15 working days.

Within Portugal we usually deliver within 3 to 5  working days.

For deliveries outside Portugal, shipping may take 7 to 15 days depending on the location. 

Pickpocket reserve itself against sold out products, and if only a part of the costumer’s ordered is in stock, Pickpocket will ship what is available and inform the costumer.

Costumers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties or taxes. 

4. Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the products.

Pickpocket shall only accept returns if made within that period. The returned item must be unused and in its original conditions.

The payment shall be return (by paypal) once the integrity of the item as been confirmed by Pickpocket. Any payment costs related to the purchase, such as shipping, taxes or costums duties, will not be refunded.

All customers have full return right until January 20th on all purchases made during the month of December. 

5. Quality Claims

Pickpocket only ensures the repair of products in case of workmanship or material error. Claim right does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage.

The defect or fault of the item will be evaluated and Pickpocket will repair the product if possible, replace the product free of charge or refund, including the shipping costs.

6. Transport Damages

In case of damage during transport/ shipping, the costumer shall report it immediately to Pickpocket.

7. Data protection

In Pickpocketbags newsletters, you will receive information only about our activities (our brand activity, new models, markets and leather care ). We will use your personal data (name and e-mail address) exclusively for the purpose of sending our newsletters. 

Your data will never be disclosed to third parties.  

All information given by costumers shall only be used to enable Pickpocket to fulfill its business responsibilities.

At any given moment the customer may request the removal of all his/her data from our database.

8. Force Majeure

Pickpocket cannot be held responsible in case of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters.

10. Changes to these Terms of Use

Please note that Pickpocket may change the Terms from time to time at its sole discretion and reserves the right to do so without costumer consent.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Portugal Law. 

For all matters arising from the contract the competent Court, with exclusion of all other, is the one of the Pickpocket’s head office.
