Announcement to our dear Customers,
Due to Covid 19 impact in our society, we realize that confinement is imperative, and for this reason we both will continue to work in isolation to safeguard our connections. The aim is to adapt to this social situation, and introduce the necessary changes in our artisanal way of making bags.
As citizens and workers, our big priority is to ensure safety and sanitary quality, and conscient actions are being taken, in order to guarantee health and peace of mind, for us, our customers, and our community.
We will be accepting orders as before, and our deliveries shall be processed, but it may require more time than usual.
All shippings are resumed to a single day in the week – Thursdays.
The parcels are to be collected at our workshop in carefully wrapped boxes.
Also the processes of returns and exchanges may suffer some delay.
During the year 2020, all our items are free of shipping costs…
